Daniel is a law graduate of King’s College and the Sorbonne, with an LLM in International and European Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg. He specializes in advising on both domestic and international tax matters and is a dedicated tax litigator.
Together with the team, Daniel has advised on high-profile cross-border transactions, participated in high-stakes tax litigation, including exchange of information requests, and assisted with pre-litigation tax dispute resolution.
He is an active member of the Luxembourg branch of the International Fiscal Association and a contributing author to Luxembourg’s leading tax review. Daniel is fluent in English, French, Swedish, and Polish.
