Prior to joining SIMON Law, Cécile worked as a partner at two major international law firms and gained significant experience in cross-border transactions, group restructurings, structuring of private equity deals and setting up of investments funds, advising her clients both on the corporate and tax aspects.
Cécile has an outstanding reputation in tax disputes, advising corporate and individual clients on all aspects of tax audits and tax litigation files.
She is a member of several tax and legal associations in Luxembourg and France, including notably the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the former president of the Young IFA, Luxembourg branch.
She has published numerous articles on various tax and corporate law topics and is a board member of the main Luxembourg tax law magazine edited by Legitech.
Cécile was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2004 and speaks English and French.
